WHAT DO WE TAKE AT OUR TRANSFER STATION?
We only take construction debris, nothing hazardous, nothing liquid (no paint), no food waste.
Examples of what we take: Wood, sheet rock, shingles, furniture, appliances, household items.

WHAT IS THE PRICE TO GET RID OF MATERIAL?
CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS: It is a $45 minimum under 700 lbs, anything after that is $120 per ton at a prorated rate.
METAL: Metal is free to dump, we do not pay for it.
CONCRETE: We take concrete, clean concrete only. No red brick, no red pavers, or anything pigmented
It is a $55 minimum under 1780lbs and then its $55 per ton after that
RED BRICK/RED PAVERS/PIGMENTED: Currently we are accepting this material. However, we are taking as if it were construction debris. It is a $45 minimum under 700 lbs, anything after that is $120 per ton at a prorated rate.
ASPHALT: We accept Asphalt, but it has to be only asphalt, it can not be mixed with concrete, or construction debris. It is a $65 min under 1460 lbs anything after that is $55 per ton.
CARDBOARD: We accept Cardboard, without Styrofoam or any other material. It is a $15 min under 1100 lbs, anything after that is $25 per ton.
TIRES: We ask that you do not bring us tires, if you do. It is $20 per tire.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE WHEN I GET THERE?
Please proceed SLOWLY onto the scale, and stop in between the 2 traffic lights. You will get a green light when we get your weight at the scale.
When it is your turn to offload, please back into the transfer station and offload your material.
After you are done unloading, please proceed back onto the scale facing the opposite direction from when you arrived.
Again, you will see a green light when we get your weight at the scale.
When you proceed off the scale you will see a door to the right that says “office”. Please go in there to pay.
If you are a unmarked vehicle, such as a U-haul, or a Home depot rental vehicle.. etc. Please come into the office first to hand in a credit card or a driver’s license. (The Scale office door is located beyond the gate to the left when you enter our facility)
If you have materials other then construction debris, please let us know. ( metal, concrete, asphalt)
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We are open 7am-4pm Monday to Friday AND 7am-12pm on Saturdays
We will NOT accept hand unloads after 3:00pm Monday to Fridday
We will NOT accept hand unloads after 11:00am on Saturdays
Closed on: New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO WE TAKE?
We take credit cards and cash. Please no checks. If you have an American express, there is a 1.5% service fee
